Hi, I’m Jacki Hayes

I’m Jacki Hayes (she/her)—system strategist, coach, and thought partner to visionary brand and web designers who want to feel more in control of their business (without sacrificing their creativity).

I help my clients build custom, values-aligned systems for managing leads, onboarding, delivering their services, and saying goodbye the right way. I use Human Design as a foundational tool to guide the way we build those systems—so they actually support how you think, work, and lead.

With a background in ecology, I bring a systems-thinking lens to everything I do. I’ve worked behind the scenes in small, creative businesses just like yours—multi-passionate, often solo, sometimes overwhelmed, and deeply committed to doing good work without burning out.

I hate toxic capitalist grind culture… and yet I will absolutely spend 45 minutes perfecting the aesthetics of a ClickUp workflow that exactly three people will ever use.

I tell my clients to build sustainable systems—but if you peeked at my DMs, you’ll probably find at least one message where I’m trying to talk myself out of yet another impulse software purchase.

I preach balance… and also rearrange my entire calendar for a “quick” check-in that turns into a full-on strategy vortex.

I say I don’t do templates—but somehow, I have an archive of customizable workflows that could probably run a Fortune 500 company.

And as for that whole “I reject traditional business advice” thing? Please. I am the advice. People don’t come to me because they want autonomy—they come to me because they need someone to lovingly bully them into getting their shit together.

Let’s not pretend we’re only our work. A few things that make me a whole-ass human:

  • I’m a Manifesting Generator (Enneagram 5w6, INTJ, CliftonStrengths: Intellection, Input, Relator, Achiever, Learner)

  • I once watched every MCU movie leading up to Infinity War with my son over one weekend. We ate snacks like it was our job.

  • I love indoor bouldering, hiking, kayaking, and paddleboarding—basically anything that gets me outside and moving

  • I pull oracle cards before some client calls—strategy meets intuition

  • Spicy romantasy novels are my not-so-guilty pleasure
