Here’s How It Works

Phase 1: The Analysis

During our Client Experience Analysis call, we do a deep dive to review your client experience ecosystem as it is right now - what’s working, what’s not, who’s doing what, the tools you’re using, your documentation, and your client feedback. Don’t worry, I’ll send you all the information you need to be fully prepared for this call.

Phase 2: The Build

During our next 4 calls, we dream up your ideal client experience ecosystem, one area of the client experience at a time - lead management, client onboarding, service delivery, and client offboarding.  

I then determine gaps between where you are now and where you want to be, and create an action plan for you to follow as you begin closing those gaps within 3 business days of the call. 

**Blueprint calls should take place every 2-3 weeks (this offers you time to process and begin taking action). **

Phase 3: The Review

During our final call, we review the client experience ecosystem we have crafted as a whole, answer any questions, set up an evaluation process for measuring its impact.

Plus Voice Message Support 

You’ll have unlimited Voxer support (during my office hours) during the duration of our time together + 4 additional weeks while you continue implementing your action plan.

  • Once the blueprints and action plans are complete, you’ll implement and build out your client experience with Voxer support from me as you do so. I do have a limited number of spots available for system set-ups and if I feel your client experience ecosystem is a good fit for that service, I will be sure to let you know.

  • Don’t you worry, just pick one of your favorite offers and we’ll work from there. Who knows, maybe in the process of building out your client experience, you’ll find that it becomes your signature offer.

  • Total time on Zoom is 8 hours spread over about 3 months. How long it takes to implement what we craft depends on the complexity of the blueprints, your available time/energy, and your current budget.

  • YES! I want Lead to Love to be as accessible as possible, which means you can choose to pay-in-full, in 3 monthly installments, or in 6. You will be contractually obligated to make all payments, regardless of whether we’ve finished our work together prior to our last call or not. There are no refunds.

  • OMG NO! I’m 100% against building your systems and processes around a specific tool. Instead, we determine what the system and processes will ideally be and then look for tools that are capable of meeting those needs.
